The Lexington Humane Society (LHS) is partnering with URKY and has taken nearly 30 of the Casey County special needs animals. The majority of these animals will go into foster care with our current foster parents, while the others are remaining in ICU and receiving necessary medical attention from our on-site veterinarian. Once the animals are healthy, they will go up for adoption at LHS. If interested in supporting these efforts, we are encouraging individuals to make a donation below or to adopt one of the more than 500 animals currently in our care. URKY is the lead organization and LHS is pleased to assist.

Special thanks to the LHS volunteers who have stepped up to help our efforts!

The ability to reach out to these animals is made possible by your support. Be the change in an animal's life and make a donation today!
